Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to MapDuo Subscriptions and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Orders and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscription term

Each Subscription has an initial term of six (6) months, billed monthly.

It then renews automatically for successive six (6) month terms, also billed monthly.
How to cancel
Email us at contact@mapduo.com at least thirty (30) days before the end of your current term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of that term, and no further charges apply after it. If you cancel before the end of the current term, the monthly fees remaining for that term remain due.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable, including for partial months and unused services, except where required by applicable law or granted under Paddle’s Refund Policy.
